Cookie Policy
Last updated: 10 September 2026. This page explains the cookies and local browser storage this website uses, and how you can control them.
What are cookies
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. We also use browser local storage for the same purpose in places — functionally the same idea, just not sent back to our server automatically on every request.
Necessary (always on)
These keep the site functioning and cannot be switched off: a session cookie that lets the server recognize repeat requests from your browser during a visit, a security token (CSRF protection) that stops other sites from submitting forms on your behalf, and a local storage entry that remembers your cookie preference itself, so you are not asked again on every page. None of these are used to track you across other websites.
Analytics
Reserved for optional, aggregate usage analytics (e.g. which pages are visited). We do not currently run any analytics service on this site — this category exists in the cookie banner so that if one is added in future, it only activates for visitors who explicitly opt in, rather than launching silently.
Marketing
Reserved for advertising or retargeting cookies. As with analytics, we do not currently use any marketing or advertising cookies on this site.
Managing your preference
You can accept all, reject all, or choose per category when the cookie banner first appears. To change your choice at any time afterward, use the "Cookie Preferences" link in the footer of any page. Your choice is recorded (see our Privacy Policy for how) so we can honor it on future visits.
Changes to this policy
If we add a new cookie category or third-party service, we will update this page and, where required, ask for your consent again before it takes effect.
